– Center for International Training Cooperation has the function of training cooperation with organizations, educational institutions, businesses, domestic and international.
– Having its own seal, being allowed to open an account in accordance with the law.
– Introduce jobs for students, students after graduation, labor export.
– Coordinate with relevant units inside and outside the University to provide short-term training for certificates, intermediate training, college, university and postgraduate training.
– Preside over or coordinate with units in the university to organize conferences and seminars related to training.
– Presiding over connecting and working with international units and unions, seeking international markets in training and labor cooperation.
– Coordinating with the Hanoi Youth Union in creating jobs for students – Students upon graduation.
– Taking international cooperation as a breakthrough. Sending workers abroad to work.
– Managing officials and employees of the center; manage the center’s assets and finances in accordance with law.
– Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.
