To train college-level International Business professionals with solid political qualities; Uphold professional ethics and know how to practice good health; Master the basic knowledge of socio-economic, international economic integration and in-depth knowledge of import and export business; Capable of organizing implementation, participating in solving specific professional problems in the field of import and export business. Graduates can work in enterprises and agencies with import-export business activities.
Understand and apply general education knowledge according to national training program standards;
Apply general, basic and complementary knowledge about import and export business into practice;
Basic understanding of customs procedures, declaration procedures, principles of declaration, responsibilities of customs declarants for import and export goods by type of business;
Knowledge of economic and cultural geography of the region;
Understand the operating environment of international trade, international trade policies that countries often apply;
Understand the organizational structure, principles as well as activities of financial links and institutions in the world;
Understand current international trade conditions;
Understand the methods of trading, purchase and provide services on the world market, and at the same time know the current provisions of Vietnamese law on such transactions;
Understand the operations that exporters and importers must perform after signing foreign trade contracts;
Understand how to organize transportation and delivery of import and export goods by sea, market vessels, ships, containers, air and multimodal transport;
Know how to classify, mean, and use documents for different modes of transport of import and export goods;
Understand the requirements and content of payment operations in foreign trade activities;
Understand the international payment process between business to business and between business to bank
Understand the conditions and rules of insurance for import and export goods being applied in Vietnam as well as internationally;
Understand the forms and contents of insurance contracts for foreign trade goods;
Identify needs and engage in lifelong learning and upgrading;
Apply complementary knowledge and develop it to other economic sectors;
Knowledge of relevant current issues.

Establish procedures for organizing the implementation of foreign trade contracts;
Negotiate foreign trade contracts in many forms such as: by commercial correspondence, by telephone, by face-to-face meetings;
Carrying out common payment transactions between enterprises and enterprises and between enterprises and banks related to meeting payment requirements for foreign trade activities;
Classifying forms of risks and losses occurring to goods in the process of foreign trade;
