To meet the training needs of the academic year 2020 – 2021, the College of Economics, Technical and Technology announces the recruitment:

I. Number and positions to be recruited:

– 02 Officers of the Training Department

– 02 Recruitment consultants

II. Job description

1. For the position of staff in the training department

– Organize timetables, arrange lecture schedules for teachers.

– Implement the content management records related to the training work.

– Management of students, students, students.

– Consult documents related to assigned tasks.

– Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

2. For the position of Admissions Counselor

– Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Principal.

– Advise students on training courses of the School.

– Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

III. Request:

1. General requirements

– Age between 22-40 years old.

– Graduated from college or higher.

– Knowledge of education and interest in education-related work.

– Able to work under pressure.

– Priority is given to candidates residing in Ha Dong, Thanh Xuan, Nam Tu Liem districts.

2. Other requirements:

– For the position of staff in the training department: Requires at least 01 year of working experience at universities, colleges and intermediate schools.

– For the position of admissions counselor: Requires a standard voice, no slurred speech. Preference will be given to those who have experience working in the fields of insurance consulting or customer care.

IV. Working time and place

1. Working time:

Working from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning every week.

2. Working location:

At Training Facility No. 2 – Duong Noi Urban Area, Ha Dong, Hanoi.

V. Salary and benefits

– Salary negotiable depending on ability.
