Fill in the application form for admission to vocational education
Candidates complete the content from items 1 to 10 (content with an asterisk (*) is a mandatory part) and note some of the following:
1. Sections 1, 2: Fill in full name, date of birth according to the transcript (or CCCD);
2. Section 4: If you have graduated from middle school or high school, then tick the appropriate box. If you are studying, please specify the class you are studying (Example: Currently studying in grade 12; currently studying in grade 9);
3. Section 6: Enter the phone number of the recipient of the notice and the candidate’s phone number (if any), the candidate’s phone number after the phone number of the recipient of the notice;
4. Section 7: Specify the name of the recipient and the address of the recipient of the notice. Address must be complete: House number, street, street, village (village), commune (ward), district (district, town, city of province), province (city under central authority).
5. Section 10:
* Candidates learn about the training profession in the notice before registering.
* Regarding training level: Tick (x) in the appropriate box:
– Intermediate level: The training period is from 1 to 2 years of study (excluding cultural studies for those who do not have a high school diploma or equivalent). Target audience: High school graduate and equivalent or higher;
– College level: The duration of study is from 2 to 3 years (excluding cultural studies for those who do not have a high school diploma or equivalent). Candidates for Admission:
(1) Students who have graduated from high school or equivalent;
(2) Persons who have an intermediate-level diploma and a high-school diploma or have studied and passed the requirements of high school culture subjects as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.
(3) Students graduating from secondary school but wishing to continue their studies to college level must study and pass the required exams in high school cultural subjects as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and have an intermediate diploma.
