College of Economics, Technical and Technology (Ecotex) was established under Decision No. 14/QD-LDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids &00; Society and Decision No: 764/QD-LDTBXH, aiming to expand the training location in Ha Dong district, Hanoi city.

Initially, the school only focused on training short-term study programs and met the needs of businesses.
