The Training Department has the function of advising and assisting the Principal, managing, organizing and implementing training activities in the school.
– Make a profile and register for vocational training activities according to the regulations of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Hanoi.
-Elaborate training plans, progress plans for each semester and school year.
– Organize the implementation and management of the training process in the school in accordance with the regulations of the school and the law.
– Coordinating with Faculties in planning, organizing the implementation, appraising the development of vocational training programs, textbooks and learning materials.
– Manage students’ learning results, recognize and grant degrees, revoke and duplicate diplomas and certificates according to regulations.
– Performing teaching tasks, including: making forms of teaching work, monitoring, synthesizing and evaluating the quality of vocational training activities; make statistics and reports at the request of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, superior management agencies and the Principal; Regulation and organization of instructions for teachers and units to implement the teaching form according to regulations.
– Check class time of teachers and students.
– Coordinate with related units to evaluate the quality of teachers’ teaching.
– Being the unit in charge of planning and organizing the implementation of professional training plans for teachers, teaching and learning activities.
– Manage the number of teaching hours of teachers and summarize the number of teaching hours of the faculties.
– Effectively manage and use labor, facilities and equipment assigned to the Department.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
